The glare through my windows in Florida is unbearable, especially in the afternoons. I’ve been wondering if window film could tone it down without making the house too dark. Anyone tried this, and how’d it go with upkeep like cleaning?

Window film’s a solid fix for glare—it cuts the harsh light but keeps things bright enough. Cleaning’s still needed, just not as often. I found some good pointers on Florida-specific films at https://windowcleaningfl.net/window-film-in-florida/ while looking into it. Got mine done a few months back, and it’s been a huge improvement—no more squinting at the TV!
